GENERAL CARD RULES

• There will be no good will / partnership between two or more players.

• Selling / Purchasing of hands is prohibited.

• No players shall have any right to form Table of his choice players and no player can change the Table at his own.

• No player will substitute himself with any other player except in case of urgencies and that too with the permission of the Table.

• In case of any conflict / dispute regarding rules not covered in these rules or even regarding the interpretation these rules, the decision of the member of the Card Room Committee shall have to be implemented. However, the members shall have the right to refer the matter in writing to the Card Room Committee for final decision. 

• The members of the Card Room Committee shall have the right to take on spot decision if any member is found violating laid down rules. The decision shall be binding but the member shall have the right to refer the matter to the Card Room Committee in writing.

• No credit shall be allowed on the table. A player owing any points on a table cannot join any other table if the player to whom he owes the points objects.

• Members leaving a table to join other table or the other game must clear the table first.
